Hotels.cim scammed me!

They did not have me for a reserved room which was your responsibility to book after I paid. They would give me a room for $130.00 if I wanted. I showed them my confirmation # but still said they didn’t have me for a room. I went elsewhere to get a room. I feel like Hotels.com scammed me and owes me my money back plus some.

The front desk staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The room location was handy to the interstate, and there is a good restaurant in the adjacent parking lot. At times our room was noisy because of street noise, as well as noise from the hallway. We had more hall noise because our room was right next to the lobby and breakfast area. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience at the hotel.

Great hotel

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Only real issue was how much noise you could hear in the other rooms around you. Above us sounded like they were running a marathon all night. Everything else was perfect.

Bring your ear plugs and white noise machines!

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it was just ok. Wear and tear visible in the bathroom and on the walls. It was decently clean. The worst part was the noise. You could hear everything from rooms around you. Walking in the room above us sounded like elephants pacing back and forth. The person in the room next to us had a cough that never ended. I could hear the TV next door until late at night as well as other doors slamming in the hallway. Won’t be back as I didn’t sleep all night.

You can go wrong by staying here!!!

This place is absolutely wonderful - from the friendly staff, to the spotless room, to the delicious breakfast that is second to none offered by nearby restaurants. We won't consider going anywhere else on our next visit to Cullman.
