FROM THE LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE YOU CAN ENJOY A BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE MORNING SUNRISE OVER THE SEA.
The detached house Oliveto is ideal for groups of up to 6 people who prefer self-catering and want to enjoy their holiday independently in an autonomous location.
The entire house is provided for exclusive use.
While this small holiday idyll is fully air-conditioned and equipped with double-glazed windows with mosquito nets, it is also constructed from sustainable, energy-efficient wood, ensuring a pleasant stay both in summer and winter.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (twin room). The single beds can be joined together on request. The high-quality sofa bed in the living room can be folded out to a mattress measuring 1.8 x 2 metres. Therefore, the house accommodates 6 guests comfortably.
For toddlers, a baby cot, a high chair, a changing pad, and a potty seat will be provided upon request. Child-friendly cutlery and dishes are part of the well-appointed kitchen.
The living area is contemporary and open-plan, featuring an integrated kitchenette. The seating group for 6 people offers space for social gatherings, such as playing board games from our small collection. The spacious 4-seater sofa invites guests to cozy TV evenings.
An 1.80-meter-wide glass front faces the sea. Through its sliding door you can reach the panoramic terrace and the private garden, where seating and sun loungers are available, as well as a barbecue area for romantic evenings. The garden is surrounded by olive trees.
In the modern bathroom, the shower cabin features a comfort rain shower, while a 1-meter-wide washbasin provides ample storage space beneath a large wall mirror.
Wi-Fi and modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, spacious fridge-freezer, a stove with integrated oven, as well as TVs in the living room and bedrooms, complete the high-quality equipment.
Finally, it should be mentioned that there is flat access to the terrace and the shower cubicle. In addition, all interior doors have a comfortable passage width of 80 centimetres.
The hosts live in the immediate neighborhood. Due to their local proximity they are quickly and easily accessible for personal wishes and concerns.
