Awful check in

Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment the bed is very small and the bathroom is tiny. There is a stale smell in the apartment. The toiletries are good, this is one of the only good things. Its located very close to the train/bus station which is good, but after dark it gets sketchy with lots of homeless people around the entrance and across the street.

Comunicação: Satisfatória, pouca ou quase nada de informações sobre o espaço de uso comum. Tivemos que recorrer ao porteiro para saber onde ficava a sala de jogos e piscina. O studio como nas fotos. O prédio é novo e a unidade é bem decorada e segura. A localização é central, muito próximo ao Mercado Municipal e Shopping Estação. No geral muito bom! Havia um vazamento no banheiro, mas fomos prontamente atendidos. Sugiro melhorias na manutenção dos armários, limpeza em geral e na qualidade da roupa de cama, como por exemplo incluir lençol com elástico.

Ótima experiência

A experiência foi maravilhosa, o local é muito seguro e agradável. A acomodação tem um bom espaço, cama confortável, pratos e talheres. Mesmo não tendo opção de comida do próprio hotel conseguir variedade não é algo difícil, além de poder pedir qualquer coisa no ifood para entrega tem uma padaria do outro lado da avenida, o shopping estação fica menos de 5 minutos a pé, o mercado municipal também é ali perto e tem um McDonald's praticamente ao lado do prédio. Um detalhe: se for alguém muito alto talvez tenha problemas com o chuveiro, é um pouco apertadinho. Em geral uma ótima experiência e recomendo bastante.

A localização e o prédio são excelentes, perto de tudo e de fácil locomoção. A comunicação também é boa. No entanto, o apartamento precisa de manutenção. O ar condicionado estava vertendo água pela parede, que já começou a se deteriorar pela umidade. O sofá-cama, que fica logo abaixo do aparelho, também está todo manchado. Edredom rasgado e poucos utensílios de cozinha. Fiquei 4 noites e para ter as toalhas trocadas uma vez precisei pagar para isso. Recomendo com ressalvas.

Locla seguro, confortavel. A mobilia está um pouco gasta. Precisa de manutenção mais intensa do que as que preparam para receber novos hóspedes. O ar é bom, mas precisa de limpeza pois nao alcança a força máxima. O local é perto de shopping, mercado, ponto de ônibus. Pra quem gosta de dormir em blackout total, não é bem indicado, mas a gente nao teve negativo pra gente. A esposa nao curtiu a falta de espelho para o corpo todo.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com a nossa hospedagem. O check-in foi simples e tivemos acesso ao apto após as 15 horas conforme estava descrito no anúncio. Como chegamos mais cedo conseguimos deixar nossas malas em um ponto de apoio da Yogha (administração) que fica bem próximo do prédio. O ponto é ótimo, as instalações são novas e muito bem cuidadas. O apto estava limpo, boa roupa de cama e banho, chuveiro com água quentinha e tinha tudo que precisávamos durante nossa hospedagem. Foi tudo ótimo! Esperamos poder voltar em breve!

- Checkin e checkout rápidos. Prédio muito seguro, entrava apenas com reconhecimento facial, e apartamento com senha. Ótima localização! - Apartamento muito limpo. Toalhas e roupa de cama limpas e cheirosas. - Havia ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, papel higiênico, sabonete e shampoo.
