Excelente custo benefício. O prédio é antigo mas internamente limpo. O estado de conservação da unidade que fiquei refletia sua idade e o local do prédio é típico por estar ao lado da rodoferroviária, ou seja, muitos moradores de rua e o apito do trem várias vezes ao dia e noite.
