The beds were really comfortable and although the breakfast was limited everything was very good. Reception was great and friendly and helpful.

Treated like a criminal

I reserved this room for my daughter who lives in Curitiba but needed to leave the house she shares with my son because of COVID. My wife and I live in the US. There was a problem with paying with my international card, for whatever reason. Plus it was on the weekend so it took some time to try and resolve it. I've never paid for a hotel room up front, but they were insisting her to pay. It seems this was some type of bordello for locals. Who would have thought. Besides the point. So they treated my daughter poorly. The problem is my bank saw them making attempts but for no value amount. According to them they kept entering $0. It doesn't matter, staff treated my daughter poorly, like a prostitute. Asking her a bunch of personal questions that are none of their business. So, I transferred money by Western Union to her and she left prior to the end of her stay. I found another hotel slightly more expensive that wasn't a bordello and paid Hotel.com. Which I thought I did in the first place but must of clicked the wrong response. Unless you're looking for somewhere cheap to pay by the hour? Find somewhere else to stay.

Hotel bacana, acredito que por ter ficado no quarto no ultimo andar a pressão da água não sobe como deveria, foi difícil tomar banho, o ventilador de teto da um pouco de medo rsrsrs, faz bastante barulho, quanto as tomadas, possui apenas uma atualizada e livre para ser usada;

Hotel com boa localização apesar de ser bem no centro não achei tão ruim quanto poderia ser. hotel fica em frente a um terminal rodoviário oq faz com que a rua seja movimentada e barulhenta. hotel como relatado em outras avaliações não possui elevador. Fiquei no 2º andar então contando com o nível da recepção são 4 lances de escadas, com malas pesadas e crianças isso pode ser difícil, atendimento é bom, porém hotel mto antigo, quarto sem ar condicionado, roupas de camas e toalhas merecem ser renovadas estão acinzentadas de tão velhas, estava quente e não precisei usar cobertores, mas eles estavam com cheiro ruim por estarem guardados no guarda roupa, banheiro merece manutenção, está voltando cheiro pela pia. Café da manhã atende a necessidade. Me hospedei por 1 noite, atendeu a necessidade visto que estava em transito entre cidades, mas com algumas melhorias pequenas a hospedagem poderia gerar mais satisfação ao hóspede. Se sua intenção for pernoitar com um custo baixo o hotel vai lhe atender se for mais que uma noite sugiro investir um pouco mais e pegar um hotel melhor.

O hotel é de 30 anos atrás, instalações bem antigas e velhas. Fui para fazer a maratona de Curitiba a largada seria as 5:30 da manhã, como o café é servido a partir das 6:30 pedi para o funcionario do hotel se teria possibilidade de ele me arrumar um prato, garfo e faca para eu poder tomar meu desejum(banana com aveia) no quarto, mas o mesmo me disse que não tinha acesso a cozinha. No domingo quando voltei da corrida pedi a ele poderia me arrumar mais 1 sache de shampoo oara o banho, me disse que não tinha. Enfim um atendimento horroroso nunca mais.Não recomendo.
