Se vc está na dúvida com qualquer outro hotel, NÃO FIQUE NESTE. Barulho dos outros quartos; Cheiro de cigarro dos outros quartos; Vazamento no banheiro; Falta de limpeza no quarto; Falta de protocolos com som APÓS 00:00; CAFÉ RAZOÁVEL; Pior hotel da rede, já fiquei no nordeste e em Curitiba em outro da rede, mas este com certeza parece um pulgueiro. No dia 1° ficaram de trocar o quarto , pediu que eu desocupasse o quarto, e quando retornei o hotel lotou e ele não trocou, foi terrível ter que passar 3 noites naquelas condições. NÃO VOLTAREI !!

O Hotel estava horrível, quarto sujo, banheiro fedido, Pedimos para trocar de quarto e a equipe foi maravilhosa. O problema não são os funcionários, mas sim a comodidade. As paredes parecem de papel, ouve-se tudo! O hotel não estava limpo, tivemos uma crise alérgica horrível. Detestei a experiência. A única coisa boa é a localização do hotel, fora isso, detestei a experiencia.

O hotel ofere bons quartos considerando o preço cobrado. O café da manhã é bem servido e sempre repoem o que vai acabando no decorrer do horario. Funcionarios sao prestativos, o hotel precisaria realizar a troca das toalhas que já estao bem gastas. Alguns quatos tem vazamento de agua de denteo do box para a parte de dora do banheiro. Nada que atrapalhe, mas poderia ser arrumado.

. Assunto: Feedback sobre estadia e condições do quarto Prezados, Venho por meio desta relatar minha insatisfação com a estadia no quarto em que fiquei hospedado. Identifiquei os seguintes problemas: 1. Conforto: A cama modelo apresentou colchão extremamente desconfortável, prejudicando o descanso. 2. Estrutura: O quarto é de tamanho reduzido, o que gerou sensação de abafamento. 3. Higiene: Notei odor desagradável no ambiente, além de falhas na limpeza. As paredes apresentavam manchas e sujeira visível. O hotel é antigo e a manutenção é baixa/média. No meu quarto a toalha estava rasgada, a porta e o piso estavam quebrados, além da toneira também estar sem acabamento. O chuveiro não estava com a manutenção em dia também. O café da manhã é bem simples, porém gostoso. O ponto negativo é a manutenção do hotel em geral, o atendimento e o espaço são bons pelo preço da diária.

Quarto precário. Banheiro horrível, muito sujo, dá nojo de usar. Edredom sujo e a recepção disse que não sabe se teria outro para levar, depois levaram 2 cobertores bem antigos. Interfone não funciona. Paredes mofadas. Não tem shampoo no banheiro. O ar condicionado funciona. Janelas velhas. Portas emperradas, esfarelando. Armário mofado, não dá para utilizar. Não saí a procura de outro hotel porque estava num horário que meu filho já precisava descansar. Mas para tomar banho foi difícil, escovar os dentes na pia suja, com resíduos no ralo, deu náusea. Rede Andrade nunca mais.
