Quarto confortável, limpeza deve ser solicitada todo dia na recepção, mas ok. Café da manhã simples mas completo. Único ponto negativo é o sinal do Wi-Fi. Fiquei no segundo andar e o sinal estava muitoooo ruim. Só consegui acesso em alguns momentos.

Inicialmente, fui acomodada em um quarto localizado no térreo. Logo no início da hospedagem, encontrei uma barata na área da recepção, o que me causou desconforto. Além disso, por se tratar de uma região central, o local apresentou muito barulho, o que impactou diretamente minha permanência, considerando que tenho dificuldades para dormir. Diante dessa situação, aguardei até aproximadamente 00h para solicitar a troca de quarto. Ressalto também que o ambiente estava extremamente quente, possivelmente em razão do restaurante localizado no piso inferior, já que o calor e a fumaça do exaustor pareciam subir, tornando o local bastante desconfortável. Apesar dos transtornos relatados, faço questão de destacar que os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, educados e acolhedores durante todo o atendimento, demonstrando profissionalismo e disposição em ajudar. Espero que este relato contribua para melhorias na estrutura e no conforto oferecido aos hóspedes.
