Toda vez que vou para Curitiba fico no Hotel Blumenau. Recomendo esse hotel. O cafeda manhã é pequeno de tamanho, mas na qualidade de tudo que está sendo fornecido é excelente. As tortas e bolos oferecidos ficam o gostinho de quero mais.

Quarto e comodidades deixam muito a desejar. O lençol escapa do colchão, o tempo todo. O banheiro, muito pequeno, com porta tipo “camarão”, que já estava até meio quebrada; o assento do sanitário, é de tamanho menor que o vaso, escorregando para dentro da louça. A responsável disse que ia providenciar a troca do assento sanitário, mas não o fez. Chuveiro elétrico bom, mas o registro tinha aspecto ruim, tipo quebrado. A cadeira do quarto, com assento solto e rasgado. Atendimento dos funcionários, básico, sem nenhum diferencial. Café da manhã bom. Localização ótima. Resumindo, caso esses pontos sejam melhorados, o hotel vai ser um grande sucesso.

Minha experiência não foi nada boa. Muito barulho o que me causou uma noite inteira de sono. Sem falar que as tres da manhã começou uma gritaria, com tom de ameaças e a policia foi acionada. Noite de pavor! No dia seguinte pedi para falar com o gerente, pois pelo menos aquela noite em claro eu queria ser ressarcido. Sai de lá sem falar com o gerente! Quando contrato um hotel o mínimo que quero é uma boa noite de sono e um banho, ja que saio cedo e volto apenas a noite. Isso é o mínimo! Lamentável! O café da manhã é bom.

Sei que é um hotel econômico, simples, mas isso não impede de ser um local que receba melhor seus hóspedes e tenha uma melhor estrutura física. Recepcionista muito grosso e sem simpatia. Quarto merece uma reforma geral e principalmente o banheiro.
