While the hotel was generally clean the white sheets were in need of changing as they had taken on a yellow hue and were stained. Good price but the parking will double your cost.

Péssimo atendimento

Antes de fecharmos a estadia entrei em contato com o hotel, para verificar se tinham estacionamento e se poderia chegar um pouco mais tarde do que informava no checkin. Tive o retorno que poderia chegar mais tarde e que teria estacionamento. Acontece que ao chegarmos fomos atendidos por uma moça que não largava o telefone celular da mão inclusive com fone de ouvido, sem nem nos dar muita atenção e quando perguntei onde estacionava me respondeu que não tinha mais disponibilidade no hotel, sendo que esse foi um dos motivos que reservamos o mesmo. A moça sem interesse algum ainda me perguntou se eu iria manter a estadia, claro que já era tarde da noite íamos ficar e tivemos que procurar um estacionamento próximo, mais a quase 1km para colocar o carro. Quando meu marido estava voltando do estacionamento, pedi a ele para solicitar travesseiros pois os que tinham no quarto eram muito baixos e a mesma moça informou que não tinha travesseiros extras para nos fornecer. Conclusão tivemos uma noite horrível sem conseguirmos dormir. Pela manhã fomos tomar café e mais uma vez a decepção foi enorme, quando chegamos literalmente faltava tudo até pratos. Começaram a repor, mas infelizmente deixaram a desejar. Conclusão não ficaríamos novamente neste hotel. Ja fiquei em vários hotéis da rede, mas esse se superou em péssimo atendimento.

Não recomendo! Falta de segurança e higiene.

O hotel é péssimo! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum e não voltaremos. Os atendentes são despreparados e grosseiros, te olham com cara de deboche. O quarto é bem antigo, o banheiro principalmente, mas nem é essa a questão, se estivesse limpo e organizado, não nos importariamos, mas a parede estava quebrada, o vaso sanitário imundo, a pia com fio de cabelo, fora o cheiro forte. Azulejos quebrados na área do banho? Isso é perigosíssimo! Pedaços de rejunte no chão. A cama de casal tinha um buraco no meio. No quarto havia uma mesa com apenas uma cadeira, se o quarto é de casal, não faz nenhum sentido ter apenas uma cadeira. Precisamos ligar para a recepção para questionar a voltagem das tomadas, foram mais de 10 tentativas em dois números diferentes, o 110 e o 111, conforme orientado, ninguém atendia. Bem como, no retorno do nosso passeio no segundo dia de hospedagem, perguntei na recepção a possibilidade de troca de toalha, a recepcionista falou que iria entrar em contato com a lavanderia e nos daria um retorno por telefone, ela sequer ligou para nos dar uma resposta. Ao fazermos o checkout, perguntamos sobre a possibilidade do checkout tardio, a recepcionista não sabia dessa informação, precisando perguntar a sua colega. Super despreparados! O café da manhã é bem simples, mas foi a única coisa positiva dessa estadia. O local do café da manhã é bem quente e se o hotel estiver lotado, como aconteceu no domingo, você fica sem mesa.

Local é bem localizado no centro, porém não é recomendável para quem tem carro pois o estacionamento é limitado e privativo. Estacionamento custa 35 reais a diária e os estacionamentos próximos é 40 reais por 12h. Estrutura do prédio é antiga. É um hotel para quem busca localização e uma passagem rápida, sem ligar para muito conforto.

Para o objetivo estava ok. Era apenas para dormir em uma longa viagem. Cheguei já era 23 e fui bem atendido, e fui embora 8 da manhã. Café básico, ok para o preço, o chuveiro era a gás mas parecia um pouco entupido. Fora isso tudo dentro das expectativas.
