Quarto com iluminação precária, camas que afundavam, lencol pequeno que se soltava da cama, chuveiro difícil de regular temperatura, só deram 1 mísero e pequeno sabonete em barra - tinha de usar sabonete líquido que também era xampu e condicionador. Nao tinha secador no quarto, tem de pedir na recepção e devolver lá também assim como o abajour que pedimos pq o quarto era muito escuro. A TV nao pegava nem um canal, mesmo sendo TV aberta. Os cobertores cheiravam forte, o que desencadeou uma alergia alérgica no meu filho. Nao tem sequer um bebedouro no hotel.

Quarto com espelho do banheiro que quase não dava pra se enxergar de tanta mancha. Ar condicionado com a pá ao contrário. Não tinha como posiciona - la de forma que o ar não viesse na cama. Dava se se escutar toda conversa das camareiras no corredor pela manhã.

Cafe da manha muito ruim!!!! Bolos duros velhos, pães duros, não tem torradeira nem chapa. As camas são boas, travesseiros ok. Quartos limpos porém velhos. As recepcionistas não sabem informar sobre passeios e principalmente restaurantes. Não conhecem nada. Sugiro um restaurante chamado Nina e outro árabe bem pertinho. Mas encontrei no Google. Elas dizem que só tem lanchonetes padareia e im restaurante tailandês perto. Não conhecem os arredores.

O hotel tem um custo benefício, quartos grandes e limpos. É a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel, da primeira vez o que me deixou brava, é que fui levar cobertor pra me cobrir e estava sujo com cheiro de usado, de perfume. Mas deu uma chance pois as outras coisas eram boas, café bom e funcionários bem cordiais. Agora fui de novo, novamente coberto fedido , com cheiro de usado, aberto, fiquei no 18° andar e não tinha telefone no quarto para ligar e pedir outro, meu esposo foi pedir, não tinha mais, e pedimos também travesseiro pois eu estava com minhas duas filhas, só tinha dois, também não deram mais travesseiro. Acho anti higiênico oferecer cobertores usados prós hóspedes, e a última vez que fico . Achei que tinham melhorado nisso, mas não.

Experiência para esquecer. Equipe despreparada, não instruiu sobre os procedimentos de limpeza, quarto ficou sem limpeza. Troca de toalhas só se pedir, não avisaram. Frigobar no quarto, mas não abastecido, tem que descer na recepção toda hora. Quarto com AC de janela, sujo, cheio de fungo. Banheiro com vários locais com bolor e fungo. Mobília degradada (ap1508).
