The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

O hotel entrega o que promete, compatível com o valor. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia ter mais opções. Existe pouca vaga de estacionamento. Possui um bom atendimento. Roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa. Para viagem econômica, vale muito a pena.

Estabelecimento não possui estacionamento. Informações sobre estacionamento insuficientes no aplicativo. Tive que pagar R$50 em um estacionamento particular para poder deixar a pernoite do meu veículo. Os funcionarios do hotel não fizeram questao nenhuma de resolver esse problema nem oferecer alguma compensação. O hotel é antigo e barulhento.

O quarto não estava limpo. O ar condicionado com mal cheiro. As roupas de cama com mal cheiro. O banheiro sujo o ralo com muitos cabelos. O estacionamento conveniado estava lotado e não havia vagas. Eu havia ligado perguntando e me disseram que não precisava reservar vagas de estacionamento. O chekin foi pessimo e muito demorado.

Equipe mal preparada e mau humorada no atendimento. Entendo que cheguei tarde da noite mas avisei que meu check inn seria tarde, mas não justifica a leniência. A fechadura do quarto está estragada, com funcionamekto ruim o que demandou retornar a recepção e aguardar a boa vontade do atendente em arrumar/trocar a chave para ir ao quarto. A porta nitidamente sofreu um arrombamento e não foi consertada a contento, tanto que a trava da porta estava quebrada e pelo lado de dentro observamos que o mecanismo estava torto. Isto diminuiu a segurança .
