5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

O hotel é muito bem localizado próximo dos principais pontos de turismo, shopping, rodoviária e rodoferroviária. Achei muito bom pelo preço que paguei. As instalações são antigas, mas bem limpas. Poderiam pensar em investir em ventiladores de teto, pois nem sempre precisa ligar o ar condicionado.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à região central e em local silencioso. Café da manhã fraco. Camas de alvenaria. TV com pouquíssimos canais e todos com má recepção. Quartos já pedem uma reforma mas ainda é uma opção válida para hospedagem.
