A estadia deixou bastante a desejar. Logo ao chegarmos, o quarto apresentava um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, o que nos obrigou a solicitar a troca. Para nossa frustração, o segundo quarto também tinha o mesmo problema, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto. O atendimento da equipe também não foi satisfatório, com pouca cordialidade no qual sequer fomos recebidos com uma simples saudação, o que passa uma impressão de descaso. No café da manhã, ao chegarmos por volta das 9h, havia pouquíssimas opções disponíveis, aparentando falta de reposição. No geral, a experiência foi negativa, principalmente pela questão do cheiro nos quartos, atendimento pouco acolhedor e café da manhã abaixo do esperado.

Quarto extremamente limpo, auxiliares de limpeza estão de parabéns. Equipe de funcionários: o pessoal que serve o café da manhã está de parabéns, são gentis e sempre estão em prontidão caso seja necessário repor algum alimento. Já os recepcionistas da manhã e da tarde do hotel estavam em um mau humor no atendimento, faltando mais vontade e cordialidade no trabalho. Estacionamento não usei Quarto: televisão pegava 3 canais e o controle não pegava. o suporte da tv totalmente fraco e deixou a Tv caída

Quarto bom. Cama excelente, chuveiro também. Quarto el com tamanho bom. Café da manhã bom também. Único ponto negativo é que o andar em que tinha berço disponível tinha escada, o que não faz sentido, pois estamos com bebê, carrinho de bebê, etc e com escada dificultou bastante
