It was truly a pleasure to experience such a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. Quarto amplo. Bom pequeno almoço, acima da média, com bastante variedade. Camas confortáveis. Boa limpeza e bom duche. Zona da piscina agradável, piscina pequena com 8m de comprimento. O ginásio é pequeno, tem apenas uma passadeira, uma bicicleta e um aparelho para musculação. Móveis do quarto muito velhos mas não prejudicam a estadia, estão em boas condições.

A localização do hotel é muito boa! O café da manhã ótimo! Porém, tivemos uma experiência ruim quanto à limpeza do quarto (debaixo da cama tinha muita poeira e embalagem de preservativo) e condições da TV (que não é smart) e a antena estava muito ruim (eles não conseguiram ajustar a antena). Outra situação foi quanto ao cofre. Meu filho de 2 anos colocou um pertence nosso dentro do cofre e travou. Ninguém sabia a senha mestra do cofre para abrir. Fomos embora e o pertence ficou dentro do cofre. No caminho para casa, no aeroporto, entraram em contato informando que conseguiram abrir o cofre e tirar o pertence. Ficaram de nos enviar pelos correios. Mais uma situação foi com o estacionamento. Deixamos o carro apenas 1 noite no estacionamento e foi nos cobrado 2 diárias. Questionei e falaram que é regra cobrar 2 diárias e não 1 e que não tinha como excluir a outra diária. Como estava de madrugada e precisávamos ir para o aeroporto para não perder o voo, não discuti.
