We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Courteous staff, clean rooms with perfect amenities and the best made-to-order breakfast made this an unforgettable experience. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the world but nowhere have the staff explained all the features and amenities this well. Pride of ownership and environmental stewardship is much appreciated.

Hot water in the room with varieties of tea and coffee. We were greeted upon with cocoa tea to help acclimate the altitude. They stored our luggage for two days while we were visiting machu pichu.. best place with the price.

Hotel was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. . Only issue was we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. We had issues with altitude so the steps were a problem. They sold us bottled water and there was a kettle in the room. Breakfast was included. While decent, it was the same every day
