Breakfast is amazing with lots of fresh options. There is a spa on site as well. The location is very convenient to the main square. The room and building is peaceful and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and kind!

This property is a hodden gem. It is like walking back in time to a different era. Staff are wonderful and always so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 5 plus stars from me.

I loved this hotel because the decor was so authentic and felt so peruvian. It looked like an old mansion and we felt so transported. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were good and the pillows comfortable. It also had several blankets since it gets cold in Cusco. I also liked that they had a heater. They also stored the luggage for me when we went to Machu Picchu. I loved the architecture of thebhouse and the views from my room. It was a great value for the money. The street was very quiet and it was a short walk to the square. There was a pharmacy right outside the door which was really convenient. They also had a room on the ground floor where thwy offered massages for a good price which we really enjoyed. We had such a nice stay there. I highly recommend.

Over the top ornate antique furnishings, but ends up coming off as quirky and quaint. Very old world boutique. A nice change from cookie cutter modern hotels. Spa in house for after long hiking or exploring. Great location to stay.

Great for a family. 2 story room with 4 double beds and 2 baths. Very comfortable beds and room with blackout curtains and very quiet unlike another more pricey hotel we stayed at in Cusco.

Best stay in Cusco

This was our second hotel in Cusco we stayed at and this was certainly the best stay. The rooms was large and very comfortable with lots of space to spread around and keep your stuff. I personally loved the built in shelves on one of the walls. The bathroom was a good size and we finally did not have any water pressure issues or had to wait for the hot water to run. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the choice of fruit was really beyond what we experiences before and that was a truly pleasant surprise. This is a historic hotel with beautiful touches of wood everywhere and a little "plaza" in the main floor where you can relax. Hotel provides access to hot water and varieties of teas accessible all the time and we had good experience with the front desk helping us with the taxi to the airport.

This is not a Boutique Hotel in any way. The rooms are a 2 star hotel type tops (small bathroom, rooms with no windows). The breakfast had good fruit but bad coffee. When we stayed the workshop downstairs simply blocked the entryway with some sort of machine, it was unbelie

The breakfast was served well but the staying experience wasn’t very good as soundproofing was very bad. Guests started to check out very early in the morning and you could hardly sleep with the noise of them moving their luggage down the stairs.
