Hot water was lacking. Soap provided was terrinle quality. The hotel tried to charge us 26 USD during check out even though nothing was mentioned during checkin and during our 4 days stay.

Nice stay with free luggage storage, close to everything. Free live music with a fire Saturday nights. Never saw anyone working at the bar though. Only annoying thing was I ran out of toilet paper at 8pm and I went to reception and they didnt have any so I had to go out and buy my own ( I was in private room)

We stayed in the private room with private bathroom and 2 twin beds: 2 good things- the beds have a heavy wool blanket which is awesome for warmth, and the beds are decently comfy 2 "needs improvement " - the room smells quite bad- old moldy carpet and sewage smell, and no hot water in the shower

Pésimo servicio e intento de robo

Los cuartos son muy incómodos,feos, la intención de esto es mantenerte fuera y estar disfrutando de las áreas comunes, pero no hacen mantenimiento de estas y muchas cosas que ofrecen están rotas o no funcionan, el gym está roto casi todo y no funciona apropiadamente, me han querido hacer pagar lo que otra persona rompió solo porque se quebró un disco a causa de ese huésped que había usado el gym anteriormente dejando las cosas rotas, y yo tenía que pagar por lo que él hizo solo porque se rompió cuando yo estuve presente? nos dijeron que su mantenimiento es cada 15 días, por lo que no hacen seguimiento del equipamiento de áreas comunes (el gym sobre todo que ha estado roto, empolvado y oxidado el equipamiento)por lo que no tienen la certeza de quién rompe o malogra las cosas. Y luego pueden querer hacerte pagar a tí lo que otros hicieron anteriormente. Y es más! Después de decir que no iba a pagar ese disco roto, atracaron mi puerta Y escondieron una compra mía entre la pared y mi cama justo la noche previa al check out! Estoy seguro que la intención fue robarnos lo más caro que teníamos por no acceder a pagar ese disco roto, por desconfianza del personal me puse a revisar debajo de las camas, en el baño, debajo de todos los muebles y ahí encontré lo que me escondieron. No recomiendo nada del servicio de áreas comunes y habitacion, lo único que estuvo bueno es el restaurante, pero solo eso nada más. No hay iluminación de noche, no hay agua caliente y las gradas son peligrosas

Great location but needs some work.

There were a lot of things that were good and some that need improvement. I had to ask one day three times to get my room clean. If you are looking for a quite place this is not it. There is a bar or party center next door and music played loud all night. Out side of that the customer service was great and the location you can not beat.

Ik vind het een erg leuke locatie met genoeg vertier in en rondom het hotel. Enige minpunt was dat er helemaal niets was voor de kleding. Geen kast, kapstok of maar een spijker in de muur. Dat was erg onhandig. Verder zeker een aanrader.

Small uncomfortable rooms with no internet

Rooms too small. There was a desk without space for a chair. Internet was an issue... I couldn't complete a report due issues even the internet in my phone was problematic
