Read the other reviews and you will see this hotel will try and overcharge you. They never picked up the phone whenever I called them and never responded to any of the messages. Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. Even when hotels.com called them to dispute the higher prices they wanted to charge me the hotel never picked up the calls. I had booked two more nights at this hotel since I didn’t want to move and I agreed to pay the higher price only for them to tell me they were full so I don’t know how they allowed my reservation to be accepted when they were full. Now I have to waste a lot of time disputing the charge with hotels.com even though it was entirely this hotel’s fault. The rest was fine: it was relatively clean and close to Plaza de Armas
