Beautiful hotel! Fantastic customer service. We were greeted immediately and helped with checking in. Offered coca leaf tea, which helps with altitude sickness while we waited to be checked in. Breakfast was amazing! and we were given treats that were so tasty! Would recommend this hotel for sure! We were traveling with our adult daughter and it was nice to have 3 beds in the room.

Our room was inconveniently located right beside the entrance to the dining room and right across from public bathrooms even though we paid for an upgraded room. Curtains didn't close properly so at night people could see into our room. The shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere, and the water took ten minutes to go from freezing to warm.

Hotel had a great location, about two blocks from plaza de Armas and near lots of restaurants and cafés. Staff is beyond excellent, always willing to help and making you feel welcomed. Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of local dishes, fruits, pastries and coffee and infusions. The room was beautiful overlooking the city and part of the cathedral ( just make sure to book in the new part of the hotel to get a room with a view). This is my second time staying at the Wyndham costa del sol Cusco and would definitely come back
