Alles war sehr sehr schön...leider waren diverse Bauarbeiten in den Zimmer um uns herum und das Ausruhen fiel und etwas schwer.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Plaza de Armas

Pros: Die Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in Gehweite zum Plaza de Armas
Das Hotel ist super gelegen, man kann in 5-10 Gehminuten den zentralen Plaza de Armas erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - die südamerikanische Herzlichkeit spürt man bereits bei der Ankunft vor dem Hotel. Auch die Küche überzeugt mit grosszügigen Portionen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und es hat für jeden etwas dabei.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights back in July. This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. We had booked one of their Executive Rooms given the great reviews we had seen. We're not certain where those come from, but we cannot agree with them at all. The first room we were given must have been the smallest and most rundown Executive Room of the entire hotel. It had nothing to do with the photos you find online. In addition to that, the bathroom was very rundown (see photos). Also, this must have been the noisiest hotel room we've ever slept in (or at least we tried to). Soundproofing was a joke. The restaurant is pretty bad as well. We dined there the first night of our stay. Service was a joke. When we sat down, we immediately noticed several large stains on our tablecloth. The waiter took our order but didn't change the tablecloth. We then asked for it to be changed. When the waiter came back and put on a new tablecloth, it was stained as well. The waiter did not change it again which means that we had to eat on a stained tablecloth in the restaurant of a 4-star hotel. Ridiculous. The food wasn't all that great and there were issues with the bill when we left. All in all, a pretty lousy experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in Cusco!
