The experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The property had a lovely view of the city, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredible helpful. They went above and beyond in every regard including holding our suitcases while we were hiking the Inca trail, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and providing us with meals / any other accommodations we requested.
