A terrific hotel experience, with great location and excellent staff. Room was very comfortable, with nice beds and a good hot shower. WiFi was strong, refrigerator kept beer and water cold. Breakfast was very good. Courtyard is beautiful. Check in, and check out was a snap.

Charming hotel in old town. Friendly staff and good breakfast. They lock the door after 9pm though, so you have to condtsntky buzz the front door if youre coming and going. Also it can be a bit noisy.

We stayed here for our first night in Peru and we loved the quiet, serene feel of our room. Very clean and comfortable and beautiful with a historical charm that made this one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. We loved the delicious breakfast and eating in the beautiful courtyard. What a great beginning to our trip. Wonderful, kind staff as well.

The staff was helpful with small requests like changing bills, providing to go cups for a quick departure, arranging shuttle service back to the airport. A couple of downsides, but definitely not major for us, the AC was not navigable and didn’t have a remote control. There was no bottled water in the room, but we were able to purchase some in the lobby. Overall, this place did the job and was a great value

Great hotel near the center of Cusco

This is a very nice hotel close to the Plaza de Armas. The beds are nice, the shower good, and there is a nice free breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay again.

What a lovely, historic boutique hotel! The staff was very kind and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights but not all in a row as we were off on overnight treks in between. They stored our luggage and had it waiting in our room when we arrived back “home.” Breakfast was wonderful also with fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and omlettes made to order. Convenient downtown location just a short walk to Plaza de Armes. I would definitely stay at Unaytambo again if I ever return to the beautiful city of Cusco.
