We booked a room on Expedia labeled as a suite with a picture of a jacuzzi tub in the room. Upon arrival found out that this type of room no longer exists and was downgraded with the assurance of the receptionist that the difference in room types would be refunded. Over a month later no refund and Expedia even called about the issue to no avail. Cancelling my upcoming booking and will not stay there again.

Great in a last minute pinch.

No elevators to second level. Check-in was a little messed up and we ended up limping up the stairs to find out we were on the other end of the motel. 2 bedroom room was decent. Beds comfy. In 3 days we never saw any room staff. Breakfast was okay. So was the pool area.
