Beautiful traditional stone house of 135 m², for 6/8 people, located in an exceptional setting of the residence "E Case Di Cuttoli" resembling a charming little Corsican village of five individual houses named after fruit trees . The house "L'Oranger" is made up of three bedrooms, a very large living / dining room, an office area, a bathroom and two shower rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda and a covered terrace.
"L'Oranger" includes a large living / dining room with TV, overlooking the covered terrace, an equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, pyrolysis oven, microwave, hob, extractor, dishwasher, also overlooking the terrace covered.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1 with 160 cm bedding,
bedroom 2 with 160 cm bedding with air conditioning,
Bedroom 3: a 160 cm bed.
A bathroom, vanity unit, integrated toilet and washing machine.
A shower room with integrated toilet and vanity unit which overlooks the veranda on the garden and swimming pool side.
A small children's room with folding bed 2x80 cm with shower room, integrated toilet and vanity unit.
Small office area.
You will enjoy the veranda and the covered terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.
Cleaning included, sheets provided. Quality beds.
The landscaped swimming pool is accessible to all. The small village square and its stone oven, furnished with several tables and chairs with barbecue, opens the festivities once a week in high season with a friendly evening.
