You will find a spacious living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped fitted kitchen and satellite TV, a study with desk, two bedrooms (each with double bed 180 cm x 200 cm, one with satellite TV), two barrier-free bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer. The apartment has two furnished balconies facing south and west.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates the supply and exhaust air.

All windows are fitted with electric shutters and triple glazing;

The apartment door is soundproofed and equipped with a front door intercom and a video transmission system for access control.
