Der Garagenstellplatz war zu eng wegen einer langen Wand an der linken Seite. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Tausch des Stellplatzes prüsk abgelehnt.

Der Balkon war viel zu klein und die Tiefgarage zu eng und sehr schlecht beschildert! Da sollte unbedingt dran gearbeitet werden.
