Schönes Panorama

Sahlenburg und Umgebung sprechen für sich. Die Wohnung FB 15.09 leider nicht wirklich. Es war zwar alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und der Blick auf das Meer ist sensationell, doch entsprechen die Bilder der Wohnung im Inserat nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Wandfarbe ist in die Jahre gekommen und zu mass an der Decke hängende Spinnenwebenfäden hinterlassen einen eher faden Eindruck zur Sauberkeit. Die Montage der Deckenbeleuchtung in Küche und Schlafzimmer sollte dringends von professioneller Seite her überprüft werden. Im Bad sollte die aufquellende Sperrholzablage erneuert und die Duschkabine vom Kalk befreit werden. Das WC dürfte gerne gegen ein Tiefspüler ausgetauscht werden. In der Küchenspüle sollte ein Spülstopfen vorhanden sein, der auch in den Spülenablauf passt. Wir haben nichts gegen IKEA-Möbel, aber das Doppel-Bett ist alles andere als Standard. Stellenweise fehlen die Fußbodenleisten. Die Vorhänge könnten auch mal erneuert werden. All diese "kleinen" Unzulänglichkeiten ließen sich zügig und einfach beheben. In der Summe jedoch schon fast zuviel um erneut hier Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur Ruprecht war schnörkellos und mit nichts zu beanstanden. Gerne wieder.
