This 45sqm apartment offers space for up to 4 people with the large living-dining area with fold-away bed and a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. In the bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, there is also the dining area, which in turn borders on the separate kitchen. This is equipped with all common kitchen utensils and also offers an oven, freezer and a ceramic hob. In the small but nice bathroom there is a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet. On the large and quiet terrace, which belongs to the apartment, you can relax and switch off in the summer months. In addition to the terrace, the apartment also offers a north balcony from which you can breathe fresh North Sea air. A free parking space is of course also available in front of the house. It is about 800m to the Döser beach, shops such as a bakery and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.

Perfekter Urlaub

Meine Töchter und ich hatten eine wundervolle Woche! Die Lage war perfekt das Wetter auch und an der Ferienwohnung gab es nichts auszusetzen. Ich war positiv Überrascht wie sauber es war und die Einrichtung dem entsprach wie den Fotos.Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht. Die "Verwaltung" ist in direkter nähe, und somit Absprachen schnell möglich. Kommunikation über WhatsAPP war auch möglich mit schneller reaktion. Das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert, es wurde sich dem Problem aber direkt angenommen und es soll eine Entschädigung hierfür gebrn. Unkompliziert.

Schönes Appartement mit kurzen Wegen zum Wasser

Gut und modern ausgestattetes Appartement, dicht bei der vermittelnden Agentur. Elbe und Nordsee mit kleinem Fußweg gut erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Sehr positiv: Das Schlafzimmer konnte gut verdunkelt werden. Die Begrüßung in der Agentur freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben uns gefreut, daß auch eine kurzfristige Buchung für nur 2 Tage kein Problem war.

Wohnung ist zentral gut gelegen, ist sauber es fehlt einem an nichts. Vorschlag wäre eine Waschmaschine bei längeren Aufenthalt.

Nette Wohnung mit toller Lage

Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos und angenehm. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. An sich ist die Wohnung auch süß und gemütlich. Allerdings sollten einige Einrichtungsgegenstände nochmal auf Vordermann gebracht werden, z.B. das Sofa ausgewechselt - zumindest gereinigt werden. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit gehabt.
