Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Check in verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Hilfe bei Fragen erfolgte stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade, dass es keine Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer gibt. Ein neuer Wäscheständer im Keller wäre dringend notwendig. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub Schade, dass Schlafzimmer gibt. Eine

Kurzurlaub im schönen Duhnen

Da ich kurzfristig gebucht hatte, war die Wohnung eher eine Notlösung. Aber eine gute. Meine Tochter ist starke Allergikerin, deshalb bevorzuge ich persönlich keine Deko, Stoffsofas etc . Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, aber völlig ok. Negativ ist, dass man das Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkeln kann. Dafür ist die Lage wirklich super. Wir sassen am offenen Fenster und haben gern die Leute beim Shoppen beobachtet. Und natürlich die Pferde. Nächstes Jahr testen wir dann ein anderes Objekt der Agentur Hinrichs. Das hat alles schnell und reibungslos geklappt.

Alles vorhanden, was man für paar Tage Urlaub braucht

Wirklich ein schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausreichend. Die Nähe zum Strand, sowie auch die Nähe zur Einkaufsmeile, ist einfach spitze. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das Vermietungsbüro ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Die Leiter von Vermietungsbüro sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder nach Duhnen.

etwas mehr Infos vorab

Gute Lage zum Strand, für Gepäck (mit kleinen Kindern) etwas mühsam, da Fahrstuhl nur im 1. Haus bis zur 1. Etage geht. Angabe zur Tiefgarage fehlte, Bettenverteilung eher für größere Kinder, vorzunehmende Mülltrennung mit einem kleinen Mülleimer unter der Spüle schwierig. Ansonsten gute, günstige Wohnung

Duhnen Haus Elbe1 Whg 30

Ich kenne Cuxhaven bereits aus den Sommerferien meiner Kindheit, damals immer in Döse. Ich muss sagen, dass ich Duhnen besser finde, da es einfach viel lebendiger ist. Ob Bekleidungsgeschäfte, Restaurants, Cafes und nicht zu vergessen der kleine Edeka, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat. Der absolute Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist die Lage, man brauch nur vor die Tür gehen und ist am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, nach ca 200m ist man schon am Strand, der Strandkorb war bei der Wohnung inclusive und wurde von mir fast täglich genutzt. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitgespielt hat, kann man zu Fuß in ca. 90min den Yachthafen erreichen und von da aus die City, mein Auto habe ich die 12 Tage jedenfalls nicht bewegt und auf den Cux Express hätte ich immer zu lange warten müssen. Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder buchen und vielleicht meine Tochter mitnehmen. Das Einzige was etwas negativ war, ist die Zeit Fr/Sa 0Uhr-0330Uhr da eine Disco in der Fußgängerzone liegt und der Lärm etwas halt, ich hatte allerdings die Fenster trotzdem auf Kipp

9 Tage Duhnen mit 2 Freunden

Die Schlüsselannahme war unkompliziert und sehr gut geklappt. Nach einer kurzen Erklärung zur Unterkunft, sowie dazugehörigem Parkplatz und Strandkorb, sind wir in die Tiefgarage direkt unter der Ferienwohnung gefahren und konnten von dort aus bequem alles in die Wohnung bringen. Diese war sauber und wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Lage war super, man war direkt am Strand bzw. mitten in Duhnen. Die Schlüsselabgabe war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert, man hat den Schlüssel einfach bis 10 Uhr in einen entsprechenden Briefkasten geworden. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und eine weiterzuempfehlende Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Einkaufspassage und 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt! Es war sehr ruhig. Es war sehr sauber und mit dem Maklerbüro hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schön - mit Abzug für die Matratzen

Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, Strandkorb war im Mietpreis inklusive. Sehr zentral, 2 min bis zum Dorfplatz, abet trotzdem nicht laut. Wohnung ist hell und schön geschnitten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Punktabzug gibt es für die Matratzen. Sehr hart und unbequem. Zudem kann man das Schlafzimmer gar nicht verdunkeln. Das wusste ich zwar vorher, fand es aber trotzdem störend.
