This cozy, modern, and comfortably furnished new 45 sqm holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. It features one bedroom, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with natural light, and a walk-in closet. A comfortable apartment for 2 to 3 people, including a baby cot and highchair, is available free of charge.

Your parking space is located directly next to the house, and you can, of course, store your bike in the bike shed.

The holiday apartment "near the beach" on Strandstraße is quiet yet centrally located. The center of Döse is just a few minutes' walk away, and the beach at Kugelbake is about 500 meters away. Strandstraße is a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Het appartement was ruim en goed uitgerust en bood ons al het comfort dat we nodig hadden. De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. De locatie was perfect voor het verkennen van nabijgelegen attracties zoals het observatiedek Alte Liebe en de historische Kugelbake. We brachten onze avonden door met genieten van de rustige omgeving en ik moet zeggen dat de schone en gezellige sfeer onze reis echt onvergetelijk maakte.
