Geräumige und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terrasse. Bequemes Parken in der Tiefgarage. Flexibles Ein- und Auschecken. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.Einziges kleines Manko: Die Wände in der Küche (neben der Spülmaschine) sind inzwischen etwas renovierungsbedürftig (Tapete nicht mehr ganz heil und sauber).

In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung

Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen. Ich kann die „hervorragenden“ Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Der Parkettboden ist total verkratzt und kommt hoch. Vor allen Dingen knarrt und quietscht er, das Kinder nachts aufgeweckt werden. Im Bad wackelt der Rollenhalter an der Wand. In der Küche muss man die Mikrowelle hin und her stellen um sie benutzen zu können. Leider ist an ihrem Standort keine Steckdose und kein Verlängerungskabel vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr klein und ungünstig eingerichtet. Daher kann man schlecht mit 2 Personen darin arbeiten. Und es gibt in den Schränken keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und weiteres. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer stehen sehr große massive Betten. Die Betten schränken die Bewegung stark ein. Die Wohnung hätte auch vor Jahren mal gestrichen werden müssen. Es sind sehr viele Flecken an der Wand. Hervor zu heben ist der Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Das ist schon gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut fotografiert worden. Würde ich sie wieder mieten: Nein!!!

Gute Lage und familienfreundlich

Die Wohnung ist ordentlich eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Mit unserer kleinen Tochter war die Wohnung mit Terrasse sehr praktisch, so dass sie das schöne Wetter auch noch im Garten nutzen konnte.
