The lower living level in the 4th The upper floor is barrier-free. Living / dining room / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have 1m wide doors, so that guests with a walker or wheelchair can live comfortably here. In the spacious living / dining room with a comfortable seating area you will find a large LCD 3D TV with 2 shutter glasses, Blu-Ray DVD player and stereo system. Free sky reception is included. Here in the living room 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed with its own cold foam mattress. The dining area is equipped with comfortable cantilever chairs for 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to the north-west facing balcony with a sea view of the North Sea and the island of Neuwerk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, cutlery and dishes for 6 people and various kitchen utensils. The bedroom with a 1m wide entrance door contains a double bed at a comfortable height with 2 separate mattresses, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with Sky reception. The window can be darkened over the external roller shutters for a restful sleep. Our apartment is also suitable for our youngest roommates. Baby travel cot and high chair are available in the apartment. The bathroom in the basement has a floor-level shower with a wide all-glass door, shower seat with 2 handles, sink (with shortened siphon suitable for driving under with a wheelchair) and toilet. A hair dryer is of course also available. The lower floor in our maisonette apartment is therefore largely barrier-free. The upper floor offers another bedroom, bathroom and storage room. Through the panoramic roof window you can enjoy a wonderful view of the North Sea. But it can also be darkened with the solar-powered external roller shutter for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom on the upper floor has an outside window with (limited) sea views. It is equipped with toilet, shower and bathtub, so that there are no bottlenecks even when the apartment is fully occupied. The wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and swimming pool is available to our guests free of charge. Please note: The swimming pool and sauna area will be closed from January 6th to January 27th, 2020. And the best at the end: In the beach chair season from May to September our beach house in Cuxhaven-Duhnen Hohe Lith includes a beach chair for your free use on the Duhner beach section.
