You can look forward to an exclusively equipped beach-side ***** holiday apartment in Cuxhaven-Duhnen for 4 people, which you can comfortably reach with the elevator directly from your underground parking space. In the spacious living / dining room with a comfortable seating area you will find a large LCD 3D TV with 2 shutter glasses, Blu-Ray DVD player and stereo system. Free sky reception is included. Here in the living room 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed with its own cold foam mattress. The dining area is equipped with comfortable cantilever chairs for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, cutlery and dishes and glasses for 6 people as well as pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The bedroom contains a double bed at a comfortable height with 2 separate mattresses, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with sky reception. The window can be darkened for a restful sleep over light-tight curtains. From the living room and bedroom you have direct access to the furnished balcony facing east (morning sun). Our apartment is also suitable for our youngest roommates. Baby travel cot and high chair are available in the apartment. The bathroom has a low entry shower, shower stool, sink and toilet. A hair dryer is of course also available. The wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and swimming pool is available to our guests free of charge during their vacation in our apartments in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. Due to the year, the swimming pool area is closed from January 6th to January 27th, 2020 and the sauna area from January 20th to January 27th, 2020. And the best at the end: In the beach chair season from May to September our beach house in Cuxhaven-Duhnen Hohe Lith includes a beach chair for your free use on the Duhner beach section.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Wir haben im Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und an der Nordsee waren wir in 5 Minuten. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Geruchsbelästigung

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit der Wohnung eigentlich zufrieden aber leider hat sie einen entscheidenden Fehler. Die Lüftung in der Toilette ist ein Desaster. Wie ich im nachhinein erfahren habe, macht diese Lüftung was sie will. Sie können Glück oder Pech damit haben. Angeblich läuft sie mal problemlos, oder Sie bekommen durch die Lüftung Gerüche, die Sie noch nie gerochen haben. Das kann ich so bestätigen, denn die ersten drei Tage war alles normal.

Kurzurlaub in Duhnen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Lage in Duhnen ist optimal. Man ist schnell am Meer und im Zentrum von Duhnen, beides ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
