The staff were only a few people, but they were excellent. The hotel is located at the top of the hill and is surrounded by mostly other hotels, but there are cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was available and included with the expedia booking. Usually, there were 4 options each day with one of them changing daily. Everything was very clean and had everything that one might need. We stayed during a very cool time, so it was very comfortable and the staff provided us with an extra duvet for the colder nights. There is no a/c, but that was not a problem for us.

For the price of the hotel compared to other options, I was expecting a well functioning and clean hotel. I was met with no AC, damp and smelly beddings/towels and terrible food at the breakfast bar.

We booked 3 nights but we checked out after one night. The room is too small for 4 people. The room is dirty and not clean. We couldnt sleep due to the loud noise from outside and hall way and next room and upstairs. It was a nightmare experience. We are still waiting on Expedia to work with the hotel for our refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Da Lat market and Xuan Huong lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be improved as far as options and quality. Room looks decent but is a great deal for the cost.
