Room we were in definitely needs some updating/renovations. Walls and balcony needed painting/deep cleaning. Room and balcony were a good size tho. Staff spoke english and were very helpful in arranging excursions/bus transportation. Hotel is located on a hill so it does give a good workout if you're walking but is close to night street market and the park. Lots of shopping and food options at the market
