Best place we stayed at. The front desk staff are so nice and accommodating. I forgot my medicine in the fridge and they contacted me immediately. We also had to check out at noon and were an hour late. They supported our tardiness from our activities without charging us extra. They also held all our bags while we finished the last two activities before our flight. Overall great experience and can’t wait to come back!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff—every interaction was friendly, helpful, and genuine. The hotel itself was spotless, with immaculate rooms and common areas that made me feel completely at ease. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing for a peaceful and restful experience throughout my stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk or drive from several great attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. And the complimentary breakfast buffet was a fantastic bonus: fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone to enjoy. This hotel exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, outstanding service, and great amenities, look no further. I’ll definitely be returning

I enjoyed my stay at the Roy Dala hotel very much. My room was nice, clean, and big. It was also just a five minute walk to the night market, which was convenient for a relaxing evening out. I was amazed by how the hotel staff are all very young (I estimate they are all 20-25 years old) but are incredibly professional and courteous. The free breakfasts are very good. There was one day when they had a planned kitchen outage, so they sent me over to an affiliate hotel / coffee house (Roy Dala Coffee House) via taxi that they paid for. Food was equally good.

Staff was very friendly! They cleaned our room very well and addressed all of our requests with a smile! We stayed in thẻ VIP rooms. Rooms were extremely nice! Buffet breakfast was good every morning. Chef côoked eggs at your request. Highly recommend!

We disliked our stay so much we left without a refund and booked somewhere else. The room although pretty to look at was anything but. The bed was as if you were sleeping on the floor. My wife and I both could not sleep in it and we are very familiar with the stiff beds found at most places in Vietnam. The bed was made of something different than I have experienced. We quickly asked for assistance and was given an extra comforter which didn’t help much. My hips, shoulders and back were in anguish to the point I messaged Expedia for the first time ever to complain and try and get help at about 2:30 am. Mind you we had been on a train for many hours and were very tired but that didn’t help. Expedia said they would try to get us a refund and for us to book somewhere else if we wanted. I accepted that and spent the rest of the evening trying with everything in me to sleep. I got maybe an hour before waking up in pain. I then thought.. I will just take a nice long shower and let it go. That didn’t work out so well.. the water in the shower was barely warm at best and I shivered trying to shower as fast as possible. My wife and I then went down to breakfast which was pretty good thank god. We ate soup, some other Vietnamese dishes and juice. Before heading back up to the room I stopped at the front desk and told them we couldn’t take the room and would be leaving. no refund, no call, nothing. Spare yourself. In 52 years I have never left a place and we travel weekly for work

The hotel is within walking distance to the market, lots of places to eat around. The family room is very clean and good size, buffet breakfast is great, good varieties of food. We had a enjoyable stay here

It's located at the center of the city. Nice view, and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. We had a little trouble with the hot water, but aside from that it was pleasant experience.

Pretty good!

This hotel was very well located. Excellent service and the wifi was very good. The room was very nice. I would stay again. The one thing for us Canadians was the breakfast. It was good but very limited.
