Such a charming hotel a stones throw from the heart of the shopping and attractions. We had been worried about booking here after recent floods but they have recovered perfectly with everything clean, and I’m so glad we did. The service and smiles are amazing and I can’t fault a single thing about our 4 night stay. A few notable comments: early and efficient house keeping (no coming back after lunch to an unmade room), great food, fast service for room service and requests, a blissful day spa (we had a 3 hour package one night before bed after a busy day & it was the best decision). The large bathrooms and comfortable seating area are also a plus. While I had been nervous that some reviews referred to noise at night, we have found it to be ok. There is some noise that echoed into our room which was close to the lifts one night, but it was attributed to loud people, not the fault of the hotel. Definitely value for money staying here.

This hotel is a very well presented property in a great location. A short walk to the river takes you to many restaurants and shops in Hoi An. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. We has a very spacious family suit with a queen and large single bed. This was very comfortable for three people. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

The Allegro is a wonderful base for exploring Hoi An. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel itself is incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was delicious every morning and a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring beautiful Hoi An. Finally, if you have the pleasure of meeting Sophie, who works on the front desk, consider yourself lucky. She was an absolute delight and made our stay a memorable one.

From the moment we were greeted our arrival to the moment we left the Allegro team were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast has a very expensive selection and was always very nice. Our room was great & serviced every day. I would highly recommend the Allegro. If we end up in Hoi An again this is where we will be staying

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and the location of the hotel is very convenient too. Some staff either have language barrier or acted smart by selling us a coconut ride by providing incorrect information about the package. Just be careful with purchasing activities or services outside the hotel, through the hotel.

We recently stayed at Allegro Hoi An for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a serene atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Its location is excellent. Close enough to explore the charm of Hoi An, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out was the incredible effort the staff put into making our celebration memorable. This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The price is well below what we expected to pay for a hotel of that caliber. The staff is attentive. We received exceptional service.
