The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time there. There is an adult pool separate from the kids pool so you can relax and enjoy. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach and they have a partner bar there so you can get a free chair on the beach. The only thing I would pass on is their restaurant, while the breakfast is ok and they even make eggs any way you want fresh at the demand, we go the 5 course dinner as it was our honeymoon and it wasn’t great. There are so many amazing restaurants in town so definitely go there. Within a couple of minutes walk you are right in the middle of town with loads of bars, restaurants and even a night market. You can also board the lovely boats that take you around the river. Other than the food, the rest was perfect, the room was spacious, and if you want you have turn down service. The bathroom is great with plenty of amenities and the water pressure was heaven. We wished we had stayed a bit longer there, will definitely book back there if we go back to Hoi an.

Charming, quiet property with great breakfast buffet (including for vegans, with items marked). Water provided through water cooler, which is better than plastic bottles, both for the environment, and as the weather is very hot and we needed to drink a lot of water. A bit out of the way from Hoi An old city, but still walkable.

I had spent a lot of time comparing properties with so many different options available but we were so pleased with this choice. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were phenomenal. Tip- we ate at the outdoor section of the restaurant one night and had the most dreamy latern-lit space almost to ourselves. It is a short walk to the old town but we preferred to give distance to the hustle. We stayed 3 nights with no regrets!

What a wonderful place! The pool is amazing. The breakfast is one of the best on the trip with made to order coffees and eggs Benedict. The staff are incredibly helpful without over whelming you.

The staff here are amazing from the check in with Hung and the wonderful staff in the Sol restaurant. You are made so welcome. Tram and Mai on reception helped me with a vietjet air change of flight booking..so grateful to them. The pool area is lovely food in restaurant so good. All meals were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best plenty of Asian and Vietnamese cuisine as well as Western. Couldnt fault anything from pick up to drop off.

Nice pool, room was a good size, breakfast was the best we’ve had in all of Vietnam so far (those donuts were to die for), close enough to the market to walk, but far enough that the noise wasn’t disruptive. AC in the bedroom could have been stronger but it was still working and cooling the room.

Overall great stay in Hoi An! Huge pool which is perfect for before or after sight seeing! Plus a kids pool so the adults pool is quiet. Lemongrass Spa is also lovely and very soothing for a massage. Great stay

Had a great stay, the hotel staff were friendly and on top of things and really wanted to ensure we had a great time. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through.

Great Customer Service! This was a lovely boutique hotel located not too far from old town. The breakfast was amazing and our kids really like the hotel. The hotel restaurant was a great place to get food and dinner as well, especially if you are tired and don't want to go back out to the town. We booked a two-room room connecting room but were upgraded to an two-bedroom suite. They had two pools, one for the adults and another for the kids. My only suggestion is that a fence or large tress shoud be put up because the kids' pools was facing a busy street and there was less privacy on that side. Otherwise though, we had a great time and all the staff were very friendly! Totally recommend!

Nice location and comfort.

This hotel is in a nice location. Easy to walk to old town and night market, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Grounds and gardens around the hotel are very picturesque with lanterns hanging in trees. Breakfast was good, as usual with this class of hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has invested in significant sound proofing that completely solved the problem older reviews mentioned about the motorbike bridge making noise. They basically enclosed the balconies with soundproof windows. You can open the windows and will be somewhat amazed at the clackety sound of the bridge as motorbikes go over it, but it all goes away when you close the windows. Kudos to the hotel for addressing this issue. They said eventually the government is going to close that bridge to motorbikes, and make it a bicycle and pedestrian only bridge. We used the hotel to book our tours and drivers, and found them to be very competitive vs. booking on our own or using Grab.

We had a wonderful stay at RiverTown Hoi An Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Anything we needed, they provided with efficiency and a warm smile. During our stay, my husband unfortunately fell ill, and the team went above and beyond to assist us. They not only recommended a reputable doctor but also called ahead to ensure the clinic was expecting us and arranged a taxi for our convenience. When we returned, the front desk kindly checked in on us and reassured us that they were available for anything we needed. Their genuine care and concern truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a prime location. I especially loved the pool area, as they have a dedicated space where children under 12 are not allowed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind. While this is rated as a 5-star hotel, and the service, staff, and location certainly reflect that, I do feel that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating compared to other luxury properties we stayed at in Vietnam. That being said, the level of hospitality we experienced more than made up for it. Overall, I truly appreciate the exceptional service from the entire team at RiverTown Hoi An. Their kindness and dedication made our stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!
