Excellent property. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, friendly staff. A special mention to the Boys who work as concierge, very friendly and always interested in how your day was. I would stay at Alani again.

Great, clean hotel friendly staff

We spent three lovely days at Alani Hotel & Spa Danang. Every member of staff was polite, helpful, and truly accommodating. A big thank you to everyone—especially Danish, who remembered our names and always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop pool was also a highlight. I would honestly recommend staying there to anyone thinking of visiting Danang.

The view of the ocean here is incredible with a great sports bar across the street. Good breakfast included and wonderfully sweet staff. The air conditioning only works if you are in the room as you have to put your key card in. It takes about 10 minutes to fully start working so in the June heat it was quite sweaty.

Overall good experience. Passed by the breakfast and it looked appetizing. Didn't have time to eat though. Room was nice. Didn't like the fact that the King bed was simply 2 beds pushed together. The middle was definitely uncomfortable. Could use some simple additional storage i.e. hook on bqck of door. Some mold behind sink.

Must see room BEFORE YOU PAY, We had booked Balcony with Sea view room & extra bed for our child, we didn't get any extra bed, beds are queen size, not even king so 3 people cannot sleep, even though paid a decent amount of extra bed, I had to sleep on the floor, I was given only a blanket to use it as a mattress, didn't even get a spare single mattress, there is no way in this world this can be considered a 4 star hotel, with their service I wouldn't even call it a 3 star.... They don't even have a refund policy.
