It was my first visit to Da Nang, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the bed provided a comfortable night’s sleep. Ricky, the manager, was always smiling and made me feel at home. I definitely plan to return. Spacious rooms with many amenities available. In a central location easy to grab to most tourist areas. Air conditioning worked well but it is on a timer so you need to reset it each day. Overall really happy with my stay. Staff were helpful carrying our bags and providing recommendations.
