The room was not clean and we had to request them to change it even then they did not change the bedsheet for us. The floor was not mopped and there was a roll of hair floating around in the room. On the very first floor, there was a rat hanging there.

This hotel has a fantastic waterfront location. We stayed in a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing seaside experience.

Modern hotel across from what we found to be the best area on Da Nang beach. A mix of young and old beachgoers in what appears to be the most popular surfing area.
