Excellent helpful and friendly reception staff - helped us book trips, were very knowledgeable about anything we asked and always checked up on how our tours or day went giving a very personal touch. They sourced taxis, looked after items we got delivered and sorted laundry for us. Excellent English too. Breakfast was great - the freshly made banana pancakes were our favourite. The location was great - very close to Hoi an memories show and about a 20 minute walk to the main market area, but on a quiet road so very peaceful. There are also free bikes which made cycling a bit further out very convenient. The room and facilities were pretty standard, always clean and in good condition. Only criticism was the shower did take a long time to warm up! Thanks for a wonderful stay, I’d definitely recommend staying for your Hoi an trip.

Excellent staff. Flexible check-in time. Greeting, welcome with a drink. Comfortable bed. Good free breakfast. After checkout: I did more sightseeing and they kept my luggage safe. When I returned, I badly needed to go to the toilet and they let me use one. Great value.

Stop. Don’t book anywhere else. This will be the best $30 you will spend. An amazing room, breakfast, pools and fantastic staff. A lovely 10-15 minute stroll into the old town and a short cycle/Grab/electric buggy to the beach which you must visit. Just an amazing hotel in a fabulous city

Our stay at the banana garden was fantastic the staff were great and helpful in booking tours and providing local info. The free bikes were great we used them a lot to get out to local attractions great breakfast buffet with an egg and pancake station. We would definitely recommend this hotel

This small hotel is within walking distance to Hoi An Old Town.The property is clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great with plenty of choices including western and Vietnamese food. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and would love to stay here again if we are back to this area.

The staff were very nice and helpful in getting tours arranged. Breakfast was nice, I loved the banana pancakes. room was spacious. free bikes for getting around town. a quick walk to the riverside path where you can stroll by restaurants and watch the lantern boats go by. Such a great stay. Linh from the reception was there for us literally from our arrival until departure. Such a great level of service. We traveled with our two kids 12&14. The pool is nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed much the extra service of the free bikes, even the day of check out after check out. Distance to city is also walkable, location is quite with several food options around.

Good times at the Banana villa

The staff at Banana grove were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. My shower was broken and the bed was hard but that didn’t take away from the great experience.

I can’t wait to stay here again, I think it will be my consistent hotel stay in Hoi An. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, quiet hotel and close to the market which is within walking distance but I also liked to go by push bike which is available to hire for free at the hotel. All my tour and taxi needs were arranged by the helpful concierge staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing with an omlette/egg stand. Really good selection of snacks in room and mini fridge is stocked with great selection of drinks. Thank you sincerely for everything, I hope to be back staying here real soon.

Un séjour riche de découvertes et reposant.

Hôtel calme et confortable un peu à l'écart de l'agitation touristique de la vieille ville d' Hoi An. Le personnel de l'hôtel est au petit soin avec la clientèle. Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent et il est agréable de le prendre sur la terrasse. Je recommande cet hôtel pour ceux qui veulent visiter cette belle vill qu'est Hoi An.
