# Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa. The villa has 2 buildings:

- Building A: Includes 9 rooms (7 double and 2 triple rooms).

- Building B: Includes 4 rooms (2 double and 2 triple rooms).

- Scooter rentals: Highly recommended—scooters are the most popular and convenient way to explore Vietnam. Easily arranged by staff for trips to Hội An Ancient Town, An Bang Beach, and nearby markets.

- The nightly rate includes up to 13 guests. There is a $10 USD per person per night surcharge for any additional guests beyond 13. Please make sure to let us know your guest count when booking to avoid surprises.

Free breakfast is served. An outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at the business-friendly villa. The villa can provide concierge services and limo/town car service.
