My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, I would have appreciated more fruit. It is a bit far from the beach, but Grab is very cheap. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I dealt with Hang and Ana quite a bit. There are several options for restaurants and spa on the same block. I recommend this hotel.

Yes, the staff were very helpful. The room was clean. I liked the round trip to Hoi An that the hotel arranged for me. I had a relaxing massage at their spa. Only thing was the breakfast option. There could have been more. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and communication was easy. The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located around the corner from Lotte Mart. The only downside to the room is the bath tub is very high and getting out of the shower is a bit of a risk hazard.
