I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The spa and restaurants were wonderful, offering plenty of options to enjoy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—I couldn’t have been happier with the service. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back!

Clean room. Was given an upgrade which was lovely but did report twice that the spa bath leaked all over the bathroom and the plug wouldn’t work. But they never bothered to fix it. Even though it was reported twice. Was upset as even though we had an upgrade my old room had a spa bath which is why we booked it :(

We loved our stay at Golden Lotus Grand! Everything was perfect for our first stay in Da Nang - location was amazing with a close walk to restaurants and the beach, the staff were so friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Da Nang :)
