Bathroom was really messy the entire time, drainage system is terrible inside the restroom, and the entire time there was a bad smell from the restroom. Worst smell in our Asia stay by far, was moving throughout Japan and Vietnam for about 20 days and this was our least favorite place to stay, and one of the most expensive.

Beware when booking with this unit that the room you get isn't exactly what's shown in pictures. My first stay at this property I got the Riverfront room with 2 large windows with nice views. I booked the exact same unit again but this time I was in a more corner room with a small window that shows a bad riverfront view. Staff wasn't helpful and they said that just depends on availability of the nicer room, which is a bit misleading when booking.

The staff was friendly but you got the feeling the hotel was a low budget establishment. The buffet was not quality. The walls were paper thin. I was on the 16th floor and could still hear people talking outside on the street. You could here all talking from orher people down the hall too. The daily cleaning was not great either. I kept getting bathroom towels with holes on them. The shower hot water stopped working and the bathtub would not drain. I would never go back to that hotel. The location was great though.

Convenient location

A great location with plenty of tourist easy eating and drinking around the corners. I good view of the river and dragon bridge in our deluxe room riverfront balcony room but the balcony was tiny and only useful to step out for a photo. The road noise was evident but not too bothersome.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, beautiful views of the river and Dragon Bridge from our room, the pool and the rooftop bar. Plenty of dining options in the area, 5 minute walk to Han market. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Staff were excellent friendly and helpful we had the round bed which very comfortable and unusual also when my wife needed medical attention got her booked in Family Hospital only took 1.5 Hrs to been seen and full tests including ultra sound and medication

Lovely stay, room was really comfortable and pleasant. Beautiful bathtub and all little necessities and toiletries thought of. Breakfast was so tasty, with incredible options to cater to all. I loved everything about tjis hotel. The lovation is the best! Its only 10 Mns drive to my khe beach, its 3mns walk to the han market which is close by to the money exhange, and another 15mns walk to cho-han market and its by the river front so close to the boat to watch the dragon bridge! So many close by cafes and good restaurants and also authentic food stalls! But thats not it, the breakfast was great! I stayed to a couple of different hotels and their breakfast was mu favourites, they have lot of options and also very tasty. Plus the staffs are good and very accommodating! Just want to mention the GSA sup Giang as she was very helpful and had organised birthday amenity for my dad and also gave us some advice where to go. I would suggest though to pay a couple more to get that nice river view it would be worth it!
