Nice pool area, although we couldn’t use it due to the weather. We had a ground floor room which was large but a little tired. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the historic old town centre and many restaurants. Good choices for breakfast, although no orange juice.

Nice hotel in a beautiful little city. Easy to walk to everything and plenty pf tour options available at the travel desk. Only two minor complaints, a walk in shower would be much nicer than a shower in the bathtub, and in our room at least (161) there was no electrical power point near the kettle. Small items, but noticeable.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is amazing with many, many food options. If you have the time, take the cooking class. Ling (head chef) is absolutely amazing. She made our stay at this hotel even that much more memorable.

The property has lovely grounds and they are all very well kept. The breakfast had lots of choice but on one morning the were many more people than seats. The room we had was spacious and comfortable but a bit dated. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment,quite narrow with only 2 wooden upright chairs, no cushions or table.

Great Staff

Nice oasis of comfort and luxury in the heart of the Old Quarter. Roof top restaurant/bar was a super location for delicious breakfast each morning. Staff was super helpful - saved the day when one of our visa's got held up in the bureaucracy.

The best choice if you visit Hoi An ancient city

Great service, location and good breakfast selection! We are grateful that we choice it for our Hoi A visiting. It just gives us as much comforts as you can expected! Especially thanks to the kind lady Le Thi Kieu, she went above and beyond to help us arrange the airport pick up service and activities. Great asset to the hotel
