This trip was a complete mess because of the flood, which came right up to the porch of the hotel and flooded the breakfast room. The staff made other arrangements for food for us, the cafe across the street waded through the flood to bring us lunch or dinner. When the water rose even higher, the staff made arrangements to book us into another hotel and called in boats to ferry us out. The two front rooms with balconies overlooking the street are the ones to get. You get to watch Hoi An life in full bloom. Many thanks to Rossie and the staff for making a challenging few days so memorable

Loved this cute little place. Had a room over looking the pool with our own balcony. Hotel staff had the best check in service I have ever had. Complimentary drink, moist towel and the staff member told us what to see and do. Provided a map with sites on it and then drew her own recommendations on it. Loved our stay

Lovely small boutique hotel in central location in Hoi An. Hotel was very pretty with beautiful surroundings and lovely swimming pool in the courtyard. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly, we enjoyed our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer, will definitely return.

This is a fantastic hotel. We cannot fault it. Out of the 6 places we stayed in Vietnam, this was our favourite hotel. The rooms are big, lovely bathroom and shower. The pool is beautiful. The buffet breakfast has a great selection and is taken in a pretty courtyard outside, a beautiful setting and a great start to each morning. Service is second to none. If we ever return to Hoian, we will definitely stay here again.

We just spent 12 nights in this absolutely lovely little boutique hotel. It is central to everything you could ever want or need, everything is a 10 to 15 min walk away. The hotel only serves breakfast, which is a lovely fresh assortment with optional eggs/omelettes or rice paper rolls and pho. We loved it here and will be back next year!

Hoian central was a perfect location in old town. Walkable to everything. The hotel was charming and the staff wonderful. The breakfast area was downstairs in a garden setting which very lively. I recommend this hotel if your going to Hoi an.

Our stay at Hoian Central Hotel was perfect. We had 4 lovely nights and we were sad to leave. From check in to check out the staff is very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast is abundant, with eggs to order and a soup choice each day. The garden setting for breakfast was so delightful and they had a nice little pool. Everything was close by and walkable. It was so quiet at night, which was good for sleeping. We will be back!
