Incredible stay and lovely staff. Patrick was always so kind! Pool was beautiful and refreshing. A bit outside of the centre but still walkable. Quick Grab scooter will get you to old town quickly on the hot and humid days.

We loved Hoi An and really loved staying at this beautiful, well located hotel. Definitely the best we seen in the town. Extra special service from Chloe and Sophia who went the extra steps to ensure we left with great memories and will certainly return. This hotel really is the best in Hoi An. Do not hesitate to book it. Rooms are a really good size, brand new and spotlessly clean. Pool is amazing and the buffet breakfast is stunning. You are guaranteed a fantastic stay here

Amazing hotel, loved everything. About it. The staff were super friendly and provided us with the best customer service. Rooms were gorgeous, very clean, beds super comfortable. About 10 min walk to old town! Couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely come back to Hoi An and stay here again.

Amazing hotel, clean and well looked after. Staff were so friendly and helpful and were a credit to the hotel. Shower was great, bed amazingly comfy. Happy hour on the roof was awesome. Breakfast had lots of choice. I also had a very good massage too. Can’t really say anything bad about the hotel, such a friendly happy clean place. Also, maybe 5 min walk from the old town, great location.

The staff were wonderful and its location is perfect for a 10 minute stroll into the old town, but within minutes you can also be in rural countryside. The breakfast was outstanding.

Beautifully appointed hotel with spacious and clean rooms, good buffet breakfast options, and a lovely seating area around the pool to enjoy. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and warm. We especially appreciated the hospitality of the ladies at the front desk (big thank you to Lisa and Chloe). They helped us with booking scooters which were brought directly to the hotel for us. Same day laundry service was excellent and inexpensive. Great location, only about a 15 minute walk into old town. Highly recommend booking your stay here, you won’t regret it!

Just a totally excellent place to stay. Extended stay 3 times. The staff was professional and super friendly. Can get about anywhere by walking or Grab within 5 to 12 minutes. Will return here next time Im in the area of Noi An.

Nice Boutique Hotel near Old Town

Nice hotel walking distant to old town. Rachael at front desk very attentive and helpful, check in was smooth and fast. Good spread of breakfast. Sky Bar is a nice place to chill out with good view of the landscape & river. Bar tender Alan very helpful with information of local restaurants and places to visit. Good service from the staff

Great little boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Victor was great to help with luggage, Chloe and the girls at the front desk always willing to help with organizing a tour or a car to the airport. Was about a 15 minute walk to old town with a lot to look at along the way! Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Susan and her front of house team were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the river and it is very beautifully designed in art's deco style. The breakfast buffet was ok, however the western food dishes were not great prepared and didn't taste good. The Spa is fantastic and I enjoyed some treatments. However the massage beds are uncomfortable and for someone like me with a bad back problem, I struggled to lie down for an hour.

Lovely property, very polite, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant was fantastic and opened long hours, the breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety and the rooftop bar was great. We stayed for three nights but wished we stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and it was only a short walk into the old town. Although we didn't swim the pool looked lovely and was a good size. We could not fault Delicacy Hotel and Spa and highly recommend it.
