The staff were lovely at this hotel! Situated in a great location - close to beach, restaurants and bars. I couldnt hear the outside traffic outside the room/on street. Also had good hot water in bathroom.

This was our favourite place in Vietnam. Close to the beach, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants within walking distance. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath which was clean and very comfortablebeds there is laundry in the room. Highly recommend

The hotel is listed under three names which makes it confusing. This and 2*"Richico" The room had its flaws, long time to get hot water, problem with AC, but the staff did their best to fix and help me feel comfortable. The only negative in the end was the extremely loud vibration noise from air-conditioning in other rooms. However the support from Ms Cindy and her colleagues in the reception and foremost the happy greetings from the lovely Mrs Vi at breakfast makes it a 5* review.

Most poor WiFi connection ever but room was nice

Mình book trước ngày đi vài tháng nên được ưu đãi giá rất rẻ cho phòng deluxe . Khách sạn có 2 mặt tiền nhưng mình thấy đi mặt đường Nguyễn Văn Thoại tiện hơn vì dễ dàng bắt xe đi đến nơi b muốn . Nhân viên lể tân làm việc khá nhanh nhưng trong phòng thì điểm chê nhất đó là WiFi ( thật sự là nó rất tệ , mình đã phải dùng 3G thường xuyên khi về phòng) Phòng khá sạch , quanh cảnh tp cũng khá Ok , thuận tiện đi lại , gần bãi biển đi bộ chỉ 5’ , nhiều nhà hàng siêu thị .

이름이 Richico hotel로되어있어서 찾는데 한참걸림. 그것빼곤 깨끗하고 위치도 해변근처라서 만족. 깨끗한걸 제일먼저보는데 만족하고 조용한편임. 호텔 많야옮겨다녔는데 여긴 또오고싶음 Here name is Richico hotel. So I cannot find the hotel well. Anyway here was clean and near the beach. Breakfast was not bad but you have to go early. I usually go there around 9 and food was not enough. I stayed many hotel in da nang and I wanted to stay there again.

We had a mix up with the reservation and almost had to change hotels but staff was very helpful and got us a room little bit later. Hotel room was very nice and clean and staff is friendly.
