Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with hood amenities. The pool area was also very nice. It had comfortable seats, a pool bar with a good happy hour, and an overall very comfortable vibrant atmosphere. Th breakfast each day was also delicious and complimentary. The staff here was also fantastic. They were very helpful with suggestions, your setups, and transportation. They had our flight information so when our flight was delayed 2 hours to land at 2am, their front desk person stayed late to check us in and get us settled. It was also very easy to walk to old town, but far enough away that it was still convenient for car pick ups and quiet at night.

I really enjoyed my stay at Laluna. The room was spacious with balcony, private bathroom/shower, cupboards, coffee/tea and plenty of charging points. The breakfast had excellent range, as a vegetarian it was so good to have several stir fry options/salads, The croissants were good as well as omelette station. The staff were great starting with the porter, reception - very helpful, and kitchen great too. The hotel is 5 min walk to all the action but on a quiet street along the river.

Great Service, Breakfast and Comfortable

We stayed for two nights at the Laluna Hỏi A River Side Hotel. The location is perfect near the town center and makes it easy for walking around the night market and old town. The staff are great — very helpful and willing to offer service. The breakfast had a great selection of Vietnamese specialties and was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to this property when visiting Hoi An!

A warm welcome

We had an excellent 3 nights here in April/May, during a long humid heatwave. The staff were very attentive, friendly but not pushy. The pool was always welcoming and had space for us, as well as being pretty serene. Service was always with a smile and prompt. We had one gripe about the AC but that was taken on board and dealt with happily, what more can you ask! Would stay again for sure
